Welcome to MomaLino! MomaLino is the home of all things whimsical and playful, knitted and watercolored. I am Jen and I have been a watercolor fanatic for 30 years, beginning in Architecture School with buildings and landscapes and transforming over time into painting the fun-loving creatures and scenes of today. Over the years, I have rediscovered my joy of watercolor through the study of fantastical creatures in every day life along with my favorite, dancing cats. I also love to create watercolor paper dolls for those who need a joyful activity for themselves or their littles. I firmly believe both children and adults deserve a little play in their lives.

I am also a self-taught knitter, beginning with simple scarves around 2006, transitioning to the knitting of small, crazy little critters. Honestly, I can’t knit anything bigger than 3 apples high and it must have googly eyes! I love to stop motion animate my creations once done.

These days, i am creating original knitting patterns and sharing them with fellow knitters! Every day, I do my best to balance professional work, landscape architecture and owning a dance studio, along with raising my daughter, and cats, while fostering my love of knitting and watercoloring.
